What is the difference between VTT and SRT?

WebVTT uses a dot for milliseconds and supports cue positioning, alignment, and styling built for the web. SRT (SubRip) uses a comma for milliseconds, has no styling support, and is the format most standalone media players and TVs expect.

Do I lose anything converting VTT to SRT?
